Refund policy

All products sold by Stackwell Shop are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because files are accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been sent or accessed.

 

If you experience a technical issue with a download — a broken link, a corrupted file, or you did not receive your file — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or provide a replacement file at no cost.
